Mama mia no, no more O Sole mios! Fiabe is melancholy Italian music without clichés.
No Eros, Tozzi and Raf, no Luciano and Andrea, not even Sabrina and Fun Fun. No, just nice and jazzy, sometimes upbeat and sometimes compelling. As atmospheric as it is obscure. Good preparation for your next pub quiz. Because after the covers of Italian "cantautori" (singer-songwriters) like Sergio Cammariere, Gianmaria Testa, Pierantonia Giua and Pino Daniele, you are the expert. But even without that leap of knowledge, it is also simply, or perhaps especially, old-fashioned Italian enjoyment. Bellissima!
