The young dogs of Slàbak are rapidly outgrowing the Sunday jam sessions at the Fantast. Is it indie noise from their own village (they say themselves) or dreamy local indie pop (they also say themselves)?
In any case, it's young, fresh and tremendously catchy. A pinch of Mac Demarco here, a sprinkle of 2 Door Cinema Club there. Nostalgic? Sure, and gleefully melancholy at times. Their indie vibes creep under your skin like pleasant tingles. Earwigs-to-be they are. I like nice and fresh, I like nice and different. No, not Sandwich Spread but Slàbak is the name.

Our creators are not venerable, and there is no measure on their fantasy, imagination and creation. Yet they had better get used to it, because we can't help it.
